What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Deliveries can be made to the customer's shipping address. Our vendors will schedule the item delivery and notify customers of the expected delivery times for their purchased items.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At present, we do not ship internationally, as our services are limited to both the Glasgow and Lincoln area within the UK. We hope to gradually expand our services to the rest of the UK and beyond, as we grow.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Deliveries would normally take 3 to 5 working days. However, due to COVID-19, these services might take a bit longer for purchased items to arrive at the specified shipping address.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, simply: Select your chosen item to be purchased; Click on "Add to Basket" for the desired quantity to be purchased to be reflected in your basket; From your Basket, select "Checkout". Fill in your billing and shipping details, as well as any special requests in the online form. Following this, select your preferred medium of payment to complete the transaction. Once payment has been successfully completed, you will get a confirmation email with your order details included.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

You are not required to create an account, in order to place an order. However, having an account will be beneficial for faster checkout.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be notified by the merchant (whose item you purchased) of changes to your order status, via the provided contact details.

How Can I Return an Item?

Returns are processed solely based on the merchant's returns policies. Please ensure you are happy with an item before making a purchase, as returns will be processed at the merchant's discretion.
